For Steve McDade, serving people has been a consistent theme throughout his career. Before his work in insurance, Steve spent years involved in church music ministry, an experience that helped shape his commitment to people, relationships, and serving his community.

Today, as Co-Owner of Accurate Health Plans, Steve brings that same service-oriented approach to helping individuals, families, Medicare beneficiaries, and businesses throughout Middle Georgia and beyond.

Steve works with clients on Health Insurance, Medicare, Life Insurance, Dental & Vision, Supplemental Insurance, and Employee Benefits. Rather than beginning with a particular insurance product, he believes the process should start by understanding the person or business and what they actually need.

Based in Middle Georgia, Steve understands the importance of having a local insurance professional who is accessible when questions arise. Whether someone is purchasing individual or family health insurance, becoming eligible for Medicare, reviewing existing coverage, or evaluating benefits for a business, Steve and the Accurate Health Plans team are available to help.

As a co-owner of Accurate Health Plans, Steve is also actively involved in developing and supporting the agency’s team of insurance professionals. His goal is to build an agency where clients are treated as people rather than policy numbers and where agents provide choices, straightforward explanations, and ongoing personal service.

From his years in church music ministry to his work today at Accurate Health Plans, Steve’s philosophy has remained centered on a simple principle: serve people well, build lasting relationships, and be there when they need you.
